Claims for PPI mis-sellings have hit an all time high due to the scamming and dishonest selling of these policies to many unknowing or misled consumers in the UK.
Millions of consumers have been mis-sold on their insurance policies, either through their lender dishonestly telling them PPI insurance was required to be purchased to obtain a loan, or not being told at all, while having banks charge them for the coverage.
Either form of fraud which banks have been engaged in, are forms of mis-sellings, and consumers are going to be reimbursed for these scams.
Filing your claims for PPI is the first step to being reimbursed. Millions of consumers have already filed their claims, due to the Judicial court’s ruling that lenders had been dishonest, and therefore had to reimburse consumers.
